Supports the Account Executives by creating solution & new business opportunities that have strong value proposition for both helpware and the client.
Work with internal stakeholders from Human Resources, Process Excellence, Operations, CSM & Marketing teams to develop sustainable solution plans for complex business issues.
Leverage sales and outsourcing knowledge, personnel, assets and tools in the development of solutions, or help construct viable solutions where no precedent exists.
Prioritize efforts to most qualified new business opportunities; address non-qualified opportunities timely. Escalate issues when appropriate.
Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities. Coordinate with operations teams to share best practices and lessons learned to help identify future opportunities. Accurately define the solution to prevent service delivery risks.
