We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.  

We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Guru to be a part of our Support Team.

You will work with sports applications and services to help spend less time on the administrative activities of their organization and more time teaching the qualities of Sport to their athletes.


  • Customer support via email, live chat;
  • Report on KPIs and provide your insights & recommendations to improve our customer support processes;
  • Participate in Customer Support Team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • English - Upper-Intermediate+;
  • Strong written skills;
  • 0,5+ year of customer support experience;
  • Multitasking.
