Responsibilities:


  • Bi-Lingual Support for the product in Spanish and English
  • Use Zendesk and Sprout to handle support inquiries via Chat, email and social
  • Stay updated on the product.


Requirments: 


  • Fluent English
  • Customer service experience
  • Proactive
  • A friendly tone, humble.
